The Pacific Junior Hockey League is proud to unveil the blueprint for the upcoming 2026-27 regular season, giving fans their first look at how the calendar will shape up this fall.
This year’s race for the PJHL championship features a balanced, highly competitive schedule designed to keep local rivalries front and center from opening night right through to the playoffs.
The core structure of the 2026-27 season features:

42-game home-and-away schedule: Every team will play a 42-game regular season schedule (21 home games, 21 away games).
- Balanced head-to-head: To keep the playoff race as competitive as possible, teams will play a balanced schedule, meeting every opponent in the league six times (three games at home, three on the road).

Post-Labour Day start: The puck is slated to officially drop on the 2026-27 regular season the week immediately following Labour Day.
- Winter Classic: Each team will play two additional games at the 2026 Winter Classic showcase in Cloverdale during the holiday season.
