The Pacific Junior Hockey League released its 168-game, 2026-27 regular-season schedule on Wednesday, marking a historic milestone as the league enters its inaugural season as British Columbia’s premier U20 development league.
The regular season runs from Thursday, Sept. 10 through Saturday, Feb. 13, as all eight member franchises prepare to compete for the PJHL Championship.
The puck drops on Thursday, Sept. 10, when the Surrey Knights host the Cloverdale franchise at the North Surrey Sport and Ice Complex (7 p.m.).
Opening weekend continues Friday, Sept. 11, with the Aldergrove Kodiaks hosting the Port Moody Panthers at Aldergrove Community Centre (7 p.m.), while the Abbotsford Pilots host the Mission City Outlaws at MSA Arena (7:30 p.m.).
On Saturday, Sept. 12, the defending PJHL champion White Rock Whalers raise their banner and drop the puck on their title defence at home against Cloverdale at Centennial Arena (7:30 p.m.).
That same night, Mission City hosts Abbotsford at Mission City Leisure Centre (6:45 p.m.), and the North Vancouver Wolf Pack host Aldergrove at the newly renovated Harry Jerome Community Recreation Centre (7 p.m.).
Opening weekend wraps up Sunday, Sept. 13, with Port Moody holding its home opener against Surrey at the Port Moody Recreation Complex (5:15 p.m.).

A marquee rematch of the 2026 final takes place Saturday, Oct. 17, when White Rock travels to Mission Leisure Centre (6:45 p.m.) to face the Outlaws in the first clash between last season’s PJHL championship finalists.
In addition to the standard schedule, each of the eight member clubs will play two additional regular-season games at this year’s PJHL Winter Classic. Dates, matchups, and venue details for the event will be announced at a later date.
The schedule also features a full slate of games heading into the holiday season, headlined by a New Year’s Eve matchup with Surrey hosting Abbotsford on Dec. 31 (7 p.m.), followed by a New Year’s Day battle featuring Abbotsford hosting Aldergrove on Jan. 1 (7:30 p.m.).
Regular-season play concludes Saturday, Feb. 13, with two games as North Vancouver hosts Surrey (7 p.m.) and White Rock welcomes Mission (7:30 p.m.) before launching into the playoffs.
