Tie-breaking procedures
17.2) With respect to League playoffs, for purposes of determining the top teams, the Team having the greater number of points shall be awarded the higher position. In the event that two or more teams are tied with the same number of points, then the higher position shall be awarded to the team having won the greater number of games. Should the teams have won the same number of games, then the higher position shall be awarded to the team having the best goals for and against average (determined by taking the goals for and subtracting the goals against). Should the teams be tied in all of the foregoing circumstances, then the higher position will be awarded to the team with the best record against each other
