The PJHL has announced its Players of the Week for the week ending Oct. 29.

Max Fowle, Goaltender, Mission City Outlaws – Fowle has posted sparkling numbers all season and in the last week of action, began to collect some wins for his efforts. The Maple Ridge product stopped everything that came his way, making 26 saves for the shutout in a 2-0 win over Aldergrove where he was 1st Star. He outdid himself in his next outing, another shutout where he turned away 48 saves in another 2-0 win, this one over Chilliwack. Fowle carries a .945 save percentage over 14 games this season.

Danylo Bereza, Forward, Delta Ice Hawks – An already-potent Ice Hawks offence got a boost last week from Bereza who collected eight points in two games. The native of Kyiv, Ukraine was 2nd Star after tallying three assists in a 9-4 win over Grandview and topped that with a goal and four helpers in a 7-2 road win at Surrey where he was 1st Star.

Markus Jack, Forward, Port Coquitlam Trailblazers – In a challenging season for the expansion Trailblazers, Jack has been a consistent bright light and has generated better than a point per game. The hometown Poco product had two assists in a 5-3 loss to White Rock and then earned a 3rd Star nod for a goal and two helpers in a 6-3 setback on the road at North Van.
