PlayFullScreen and the PJHL announce broadcast adjustments

PlayFullScreen and the PJHL announce broadcast adjustments due to COVID-19:

In partnership with the Pacific Junior Hockey League (PJHL), PlayFullScreen was tasked with retooling the broadcasts to make them some of the best in the country.

Beginning in 2016, PlayFullScreen implemented vastly improved video resolution, higher production standards, and superior customer support. These efforts successfully raised viewer enjoyment as well as their expectations.

Given the current arena capacity restrictions in place because of the current pandemic, there were no assurances that a complete broadcast crew would be able to assemble for every PJHL game. This put the quality of the pay-per-view product at risk. Rather than the possibility of disappointing any pay-per-view customers with a sub-standard offering or placing unrealistic burdens on the PJHL and their teams in circumstances beyond their control, PlayFullScreen felt it best to conclude the partnership.

“The PJHL has been an exceptional partner to work with”, said PlayFullScreen’s Dave McIlroy. “Their professionalism, commitment to quality, and love for the game has been evident from day one. I wish them all the best as they navigate through these unprecedented times.”

The PJHL would like to thank PlayFullScreen for their time and efforts during the partnership, and wish them well in their future endeavours.
