POWs For Metastasio, Milne, Foster

The PJHL has announced its Players of the Week for the week ending Nov. 5.

Damian Metastasio, Forward, Chilliwack Jets – Metastastio had a hat trick and three helpers in an 8-2 home win over Aldergrove where he was named 1st Star. The Woodbridge, Ont. native got the insurance goal and was 1st Star again in a 3-1 win against the visiting Langley Trappers.

Tanner Milne, Forward, Grandview Steelers – Since coming over from the Richmond Sockeyes, Milne has been excellent for the Steelers and continued that over the past week with four goals and four assists. Milne had a power-play goal that stood as the game-winner plus two assists in a 9-0 win over Port Coquitlam where he was 3rd Star. The Delta, B.C. product followed that up with two first-period goals and two more assists for a 1st Star nod in a 7-3 home win over Abbotsford.

Jack Foster, Forward, Ridge Meadows Flames – Foster began his week with a hat trick and a helper in an 8-1 win over Port Coquitlam where he was named 1st Star. The Maple Ridge, B.C. product had a goal and two assists in an 8-0 victory over Aldergrove and capped his week with an assist in a 4-3 road win at White Rock.
