We are searching for a candidate for the position of:
- DIRECTOR OF MARKETING/MEDIA/SALES
Job description:
This is a full-time, entry-level position.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work long hours. Must have an understanding of the junior hockey business, the ability to develop relationships with the local business community for the sale of advertising and sponsorships, know how to use social media for promotional purposes, and have experience broadcasting junior hockey play-by-play for HOCKEY TV.
Working with and under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the candidate will help develop and be responsible for implementing the Marketing Plan of the organization.
Post-secondary degree/diploma would be an asset along with any previous experience working in the hockey or sports industry.

CERTIFIED ATHLETIC THERAPIST
Job description:
This is a full-time position that will begin in the Spring of 2024, perfect entry level for a new graduate. The successful candidate will divide their time between a private practice, COASTLINE HEALTH & PERFORMANCE and our junior hockey team. Both are located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of BC, in Gibsons, mere blocks from each other.
You will be responsible for the care and treatment of our hockey playing athletes and be required to attend all practices, home & away games, and other events as necessary. Must possess the ability to work in an intense & competitive environment, in a team setting.
You will work out of your own private office/treatment space in our brand-new SUNSHINE COAST HOCKEY TRAINING CENTRE and will also spend time at the Coastline Health & Performance clinic working with their clients.
Previous experience is an asset but as mentioned would be a great opportunity for a recent graduate of an accredited program.
